I just started sizeon tablet form, and Im not sure how to take it. The label indicates that jobs in / as a supplement and its assumption of 6.8 pills, so that means I'm 3-4 rite before the work is more than 3.4 right when you finished? and days I 6.8 yet?

OK, here's the deal. Take 2 on both equally during the training. I take the powder with water and accept, as they are outside their jobs. It can be taken on days without training, but I've never noticed a difference when I do. Be sure to consume at least 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day, or otherwise endanger their profits by size.
