White spot on MRI scan. Help!!!? - white spot on mri near liver

Today I went to see a neurologist due to a paralysis of all nights in my left arm. I had an MRI showed that a white spot, he says he is not part of the brain that controls muscle function. Therefore excluded, and MS told me that the deafness is due to poor circulation. He said if I had MS, would it not remember. Has anyone any idea whether this is true? I'm in the dark and wonder if I should get a second opinion about or exaggerate.
